Due to the large number of entrants the Competitions Team have taken the decision to drop the Handicap Singles from the Big Day, instead concentrating on getting the Singles, Doubles and Plate played to completion on the day itself.

The two Divisional Individual Handicaps this week have been great fun but we have run out of time to fully complete on both evenings. This was due to the quality of play and closeness of matches (and also to the limited tables available). We can’t afford this to happen on Sunday with over 40 players entered to play.

If there is the demand we may run a Handicaps Competition later in the year.

If you no longer want to play because of this change please contact Mike asap to withdraw as we will be making the draw towards the end of the week.
