At the Committee Meeting on 13th October we once again discussed the issue of Third Division teams not having a lower division for players to play up from. It was decided that Third Division sides can select non-registered players to play for them to ensure that there are three players in each team.

There are two provisos: 

1. The fixtures Secretary should be informed before the match

2. The guest player's cannot accrue any points

Obviously any playing non-registered guests will not be covered by the TTE insurance scheme.
